SILKEN

This delicious, creamy-yellow apple is a newer variety developed in British Columbia. Bursting with flavour and sweetness, Silken is an early fall apple excellent for eating fresh. Silken are a true joy of the season and should be consumed within a few weeks of picking as they do not hold up to storage. As such, they are typically only available at pick-your-own orchards and farmers’ markets.
